About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Michigan and currently see clients remotely in both Michigan and Illinois. My work is grounded in warmth, compassion, and a deep belief that you don’t have to go through hard things alone.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, specializing in interpersonal practice with children and youth. I began my career in public schools, supporting students and families navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and social stressors. Later, I worked in a pediatric hospital setting with children facing chronic illness and medical complexity—supporting caregivers through medical trauma and the emotional weight of parenting under pressure.

My focus now is on supporting people through the perinatal period: infertility, pregnancy, loss, birth, postpartum, and parenting. This stage of life can be incredibly tender, and also incredibly difficult. As a mother and a person with lived experience in medical and birth trauma, parenting a child with complex needs, and wrestling with anxiety, body image, and perfectionism—I bring both personal insight and professional training to the work. I have completed Postpartum Support International’s certification course in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders to ensure I’m providing informed, compassionate care to those navigating this season. I know how isolating it can feel, and I also know that healing is possible with the right support.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our two young daughters (ages 5 and 3 months). These days, you’ll usually find me outside as much as possible or trying to squeeze in a few pages of a novel at a time. I'm truly looking forward to getting to know you—your strengths, your challenges, and what you're hoping for in a therapist.
